•How Far In Advance Should We Book With You? - Reservations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Our busiest months of the year are April, May, June, July, October & December. During these months, we often reach “sold out” status for certain dates.  We encourage you to contact us as soon as you have a date and the need for  One Global Experience !


•How Much Do Your Services Cost? - Our pricing varies based on the type of entertainment you'd like us to create for your event. From simple to extravagant, we offer packages that cover all the bases. While our pricing is not the cheapest, we are not the most expensive deejays in the business either. •Can We Meet Before I Book My Date? - Absolutely! When booking a service, there's more to the process than price or availability. You want to make sure that the service you hire is reputable, professional and a good match for your event. So let's meet and discuss your event ideas & plans! We want you to know that we are the right fit for your event. We can either meet in person or via Skype. Please request your appointment one week or more in advance so that we may accommodate your preferred time. We are available for appointments Monday - Thursday, from 11:00 am - 7:00 pm.


•How Much Experience Do Your Deejays Have? -One Global Experience Entertainment Company will always staff your event with a professionally trained, experienced DJ. Our Global DJ entertainers average no less than 10 years experience each.  We bring this experience to each event and you are sure to notice this experience in our performance.


•What Type Of Equipment Do You Use? - For each event, we only use all professional sound & lighting equipment. Your event is too important for us to treat it any other way. We use the following brands of equipment exclusively…

•How Do I Book My Date? - To reserve your date, simply contact our office by telephone at 240347.1900 or by e-mail at info@OneGlobalExperience.com. We will assist you with choosing the perfect package for your event. Then, we will e-mail or fax the booking forms to you. To confirm your date, simply complete the booking forms and return them to our office along with your deposit. Deposits are accepted via debit/credit card.  Checks are accepted from educational institutions, government agencies & pre-approved corporations only.  All reservations must be confirmed with completed booking forms and a deposit. Sorry, no date will be reserved without a deposit.


•What Is Your Back-Up Policy? - In our time of business, we have never cancelled a booked event. We have back-up equipment & back up DJ talent in place so that we don't let you down. If your scheduled DJ is sick or otherwise cannot perform for your event, a trained professional DJ from our team will step in to make your event a great one. We believe in having a back up plan in place so your event will go on as scheduled.


•What Do You Require For Set-Up? - We ask that you provide us with two (2) six foot tables (preferably covered & skirted for a professional look) along with access to two (2) standard, three prong electrical outlets, on separate circuits. Please arrange for someone to meet us at your event location so that we may gain access to the set-up area without delay. We will arrive no later than 60-90 minutes in advance to allow for adequate set-up time. Please allow for a minimum of 60 minutes for set-up time and 60 minutes for breakdown time. Larger events require more set-up & breakdown time.


•Do I Tip The DJ? - Tipping the DJ is not required, nor do we add a gratuity to any of our services. If you feel that your DJ entertainer deserves a tip, please feel free to tip him/her. All tips are paid directly to our DJ entertainers.


•What Is Your Postponement/Cancellation/Date Change Policy? - If you must postpone your event, for any reason, we ask that you contact us right away with your date change. In most cases, your deposit will transfer to a date of your choosing, within one (1) calendar year of your original event date. For best availability, please contact us ASAP with any date changes as we cannot guarantee availability for all date changes. All postponements must occur more than seven (7) days prior to your event to qualify for an unconditional deposit transfer. All cancellations or postponements within seven (7) days of event date will result in all advance payments being retained as non-refundable.
